Our Process
Grind Entire Surface
In this step, the entire surface of the concrete is ground to remove any existing coatings, stains, or imperfections. Grinding opens up pores in the concrete to ensure adequate bonding. Without this step, the product will fail prematurely.
Fix All Cracks and Surface Imperfections
Any cracks, pits, or surface imperfections are repaired and filled to guarantee a seamless and uniform surface. This step is crucial for achieving a flawless finish and helping to prevent moisture penetration.
Clean and Vacuum the Surface
The surface is thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed to remove dust, debris, and contaminants that could interfere with the adhesion of the coating materials.
Apply Basecoat
A basecoat is applied to the prepared surface, providing a solid foundation for the coating system. The basecoat enhances adhesion, adds strength, and improves the overall appearance of the coating.
Complete the Flake Coverage
Flakes or decorative chips are evenly broadcast onto the wet basecoat, establishing complete coverage and a uniform distribution. This step adds texture, visual appeal, and durability to the coating, creating a customized and attractive finish.
Scrape the Surface, Clean and Prep for Topcoat
After the flake coverage is complete, excess flakes are scraped off, and the surface is cleaned and prepared for the final topcoat. This step secures a smooth and level surface, ready for the application of the protective topcoat.
Apply Topcoat
Apply polyaspartic topcoat and allow to dry. It will be ready to walk on in 24 hours, drive on in 48. The topcoat magnifies the color and gloss of the coating, while also offering superior protection against wear, stains, and abrasions.
